Error – From BladeGen to TurboGrid

  Hello .
  I have a problem switching from bladegen to turbogrid. shows the message I presented in the picture. has anyone encountered this message and knows how to solve it?

  Hello,
  
  I'm getting similar error while exporting Bladegen file into Turbogrid. The error is as follows:
  
  "Update failed for Turbo Mesh component in Turbogrid. Error occurred while writing INF file."
  
  I don't know how to resolve this. Please suggest a solution.

  I had the same Error with 2019R3 and 2020R1. I didn't have the error with 2019R2 though.
  There I had the problem, that (even though I just downloaded it from the website) the license wasn't working.
  
  With the license of 2020R1 (/forum/forums/topic/license-refresh-without-changing-the-version-of-ansys/) everything worked just fine.
