SubscriberThis is a coarse mesh and the two models give 88 and 89 MPa which are fairly close.
As you use smaller elements, especially near the high stress region, the stress values for the two models will get much closer.

SubscriberI think the drop in equivalent stress happened because of reducing the element total size. However, the two values are close.
