SubscriberMy current model is a simple rocket shape. The Boolean operation shows the no overlap message, but my enclosure keeps failing with the same problem:
“Error: Operation would result in non-manifold bodies
Context: Geometry Engine, while generating Feature Enclosure1”I have already run CFD with an enclosure without the tail fins, and that worked without any problem. But once I add the tail fins, the enclosure always fails.
Does anyone know what is causing this enclosure error? Thanks for any help

SubscriberIt looks like the Boolean operation did not succeed. One reason may be the inner face of the fin is not inside the main cylidrical body. Extend the inner face of each fin so it is visibly inside the cylidrical face then try a Boolean operation. This should result in a single body.
