SubscriberWhen sweeping from polygons to circles, it is always best practice to put end points on the circle. This is not just a Spaceclaim thing, but also SolidWorks, Inventor, etc. Try having the circle be four arcs. That way you have control of where the guidepoints are.
Many years ago I had a similar problem in SolidEdge and the above approach that always solved it. Sometime the automatic way works, but sometimes the software needs to be coaxed to the right solution.
