Good morning, I have a client who can no longer open step files. When he opens the file from spacecliam, this error appears.

This is the first time this has happened to me.

 

 

 

The error says: Could not find the procedure entry point in the C:\Procedures\Link Library.

I tried uninstalling everything and deleting all the ansys and spaceclaim folders on my PC, then reinstalling, but it didn't help.
In Windows events, I saw that some DLLs inside that folder had become corrupted.

Does this happen with Discovery as well or only with SpaceClaim?

The customer only uses SpaceClaim because he doesn't need Discovery.
He only installed SpaceClaim.

If I create a file with SpaceClaim and then save it in STEP, I get an error: I can't save it.
Can you send me a secure link so I can attach some files? Log files and videos.
