SubscriberHi,Â
I would like to some freeze drying simulation in which ice turns into vapor. I found a blog on ansys website (link arrached) and I tried to use the link in that page access the content in lraning hub but that link is broken and does not work. can you please share some information on how I can do this type of simulation and it would be great if you can help me acess that content.

Forum ModeratorI suspect the link wasn't updated when we rebuilt the Learning Hub a year or so ago. The content may be on the new Learning Hub, have you checked?Â

SubscriberNo I could not find anything related to Lyophilization or freeze-drying process. Can you please share how I can perform a similar simulation in which ice is sublimated from a frozen product under high vacuum and low heat conditions to vapor?
Thanks

Forum ModeratorIt looks like the example/tutorial content wasn't migrated (just heard back) so unless there's something in Ansys Assistant I'm a little limited.Â
However, sublimation just moves material from solid to gaseous state, so it's just a case of altering the formation enthalpy in one of the phase change models. The harder bit is working out the limiting steps in that the ice/vapour has to diffuse through the solid too.Â
