Use Adaptive Sizing

  Hello all,
  
  Just a beginner learning how to use ANSYS here. From a tutorial, the instructor told us to turn off Adaptive Sizing to avoid those warnings.
  
  However, mine was turned off initially, then I still received those warnings.
  
  Can anyone help here? Thanks!
