SubscriberI ugraded my computer (same hard drive) but now I can't log into spaceclaim. I assume I need to delete one of the two activations but the numbers that identify the computers on your site don't match anything I can find in my computer. I am afraid to delete both because right now I am managing from the other computor and don't want to risk messing that up.
Please advice

I upgraded my computer and now I can't log in, I assume because it doesnt recognize this computer. Please call me so we can get this fixed asap.

I apologize, but communicating other than text/images is out of the scope of the Ansys Forum support. Therefore, I would request you to post the questions here itself.
Please save your SpaceClaim/geometry file and try to reinstall the Ansys products. Which version of SCDM you are using? Are you using student version?
