SubscriberHi, I'm a beginner hoping to use Ansys Fluent to simulate ocean wave movement and its reactions to wave barriers for a school project. May I know if there are any tutorials or resources I could learn from? When looking at Youtube, I see a lot of fluid simulation videos but no tutorials on how to run these simulations. I'd appreciate if anyone could share on how to model these ocean wave + barrier wave simulations and if they could explain how to extract the data from these simulations for analysis (i.e. extract wave velocity data). Thank you in advance!

Forum ModeratorThere may not be a precise tutorial, but you can review the moving mesh (6DOF) functions and then separately the VOF model. You may also want to look at AQWA depending on your precise need.Â
