ls prepost mesh

      Hi, I'm using Ls-prepost to change the mesh of my model.

      I want to make finer mesh for the middle of a circle shell, so I used the element edit > split options.

      After spliting the elements in the middle, it seems that the elements are not connected. 

      Instead of clicking the outer layer of the refined mesh to split in some triangular or diagonal mesh, is there another way to connect the elements?

      Currently, I don't have any license for hypermesh or any other prepocessing program.

      Please tick the retain boundary nodes option. This should help.
