mesh solid with hole

  Hi,
  
  I have troubles trying to mesh this part of a model. Pyramid elements appear and I am not able to mesh this part without this elements.
  
  Any idea?

  As ANSYS Staff, we can not download attachments. Please insert images using insert image functionality.
  
  Please use patch confirming tetrohedron method for all bodies.

  Thanks, now I inserted the images the way you told me. I used what you said in other parts of the model, but the part of the model show it is impossible to me to avoid the pyramid elements.
