Ansys EmployeeHi! That error usually points to a missing or blocked file in the ANSYS Licensing Utility. To start:
- Uninstall and re-install the software
- Run the installer as Administrator — right-click and select Run as administrator.
- If the error persists, check your antivirus or endpoint protection — it may have quarantined a required file (
crypt32-x64.node). If so, restore it and add an exception for the ANSYS install folder:
C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\
