Thermal Desktop compile/link failed

  Hi,
  I have installed ansys thermal desktop as per installation document, when i try to test the installation by running test case provided in setup beecan file, i'm facing error as compile/link failed. I have attached image for reference.
  
  could you please help me how to resolve this error.

  It would help to know the messages in the messages_case0.txt file. When you see this window, you can click the button to open the file. You can also click the button that says Sinda/Fluint Run Status Messages to open a document that provides guidance for some of the more common messages.
  Without more information, my guess is that Build Tools is not set up correctly. Have you verified that the environment variable VS2022INSTALLDIR is set up correctly?
