Error – Update failed for the Solution component in Static Structural for design Point1.

  Update failed for the Solution component in Static Structural for design Point1. Error updating cell solution in system static solution for design point 1.
  
  Updating and solving multiple DP - I am getting this ERROR. Why ? tried a lot with much options in the workbench.

  In the list of design points, in the parameter manager, choose to Retain the data for design point 1. Then update DP1. Once done there will be a DP1 folder in the WB project folder structure. In there find the solve.out and open it with a text editor. Find the error and post it.
  
  Alternatively once the DP1 fails to update, and with the Retain checked on, right click the design point and choose to Export. Go to the folder where the WB project is saved and there should now be a projectname_dp1.wbpj that you can open in a new instance of WB. Then open the model and troubleshoot...review the solution information. Look at the results - what are they telling you?
