SubscriberHello everyone,
I was trying to run Transient thermal analysis, It seems like Ansys doesn't want to run it. I'm getting 2 error messages and one Info.
Previous links /forum/forums/topic/solver-pivot-warning/
/forum/forums/topic/a-solver-pivot-warning-or-error-has-been-detected/Â did not help much.
I tried the suggested corrections in /forum/forums/topic/solver-pivot-warnings/,but in vain.
Both Transient and steady-state has the same issues.
I can't get the file attached. It is in my drive https://drive.google.com/open?id=1WukS0v4gVWSi7ggsdLSBh-TEgaXkNCoG
I appreciate the help.

Subscribernav2en, you only put the .wbpj file in your Google drive. The reason you could not attach that file is because it is useless without the _files folder of the same name.
Read this post to learn the correct way to share projects.

SubscriberI can't run your model on this computer because it won't fit in the Student license limits.
It's a disk brake rotor, right? You have applied heat flow over most of the brake surface, and very little surface area is left for convection. This doesn't represent how the brake rotor cools itself. There is actually convection over all the exposed surfaces, and only a small surface area where the hub bolts onto the rotor, where there is conduction instead.
Please insert some images and ask the community for advice.

I applied all the way possible but it brings up the same error. Referring to the above picture, the blue area where heat flows, and the yellow area where the convection happens, I did not consider conduction and radiation as of now. It still brings up the same error.
Even though the setup does not represent the actual brake cool off, it has to yield me bad results. But here the simulation doesn't run. I might be wrong on this with Ansys but Solidworks runs it.
