I tried to change the precision version or the solver version to each of R6-R11, but they didn't work at all. I write to see if anyone has any idea what it might be or where i can look to figure it out.Thank you for your response in advance. -

Ansys EmployeeHi,
Have you tried using any MPP solvers? Please use the latest solver (R16), which can be downloaded at LS-DYNA (user=user) Download Page.
I look forward to your feedback.
Thanks,
Pedram

SubscriberHi,
Thank you for your advice.
I have tried using solvers like, SMP simgle precision, SMP double precision and MMP. Unfortunately, they don't work since they make the same failed result. For the latest solver, I'm afraid I can't do that way cause I'm not intended to modify the computer that I use temporarily. Anyway, thank you very much. If there's any other suggestions, I would be glad to hear and try.

Ansys EmployeeHello,
Thanks for the feedback. With the latest solver, you don’t need to change anything on your computer, and your default solvers will remain installed. Simply save the latest solver to a location on your computer and update the solver path in the software you use to run your input deck.
The error you’re seeing appears to be related to a bug in your current solver, which may have been resolved in the latest version.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Pedram
