I am getting this error in my analysis. What is the cause? How can I resolve it?

The error message is pretty clear: LOC31 is evaluating to -1 which in turn is used in PT_LEN1(LOC31, 1) but there is no -1 row in PT_LEN1.  Since you are not showing the commands object used to define LOC31 we really can't comment on the cause and/or how to resolve it.
