Hello,

Im not getting a preview of the following file.

The small icon i can see but the big preview not:

I already tried everything with the Thumbnail and previewHandler files but that does'nt work.

Can you please close all explorers (better restart the machine) then clear thumbnails cache as shown below:

Was customer able to preview this anytime? Was there any update on their machine which changed the settings? 

Is it only with .scdoc or in general?

Hi Devendra,

After the Spaceclaim update 2025R1 the preview doesn't work anymore, could also because it is now .SCDOCX instead of .SCDOC

Just wondering if there was ever a response to this and whether this is a onedrive issue.

I can see previews in documents but no previews whenever a file is on onedrive whether scdoc or scdocx. 

I don't even see the small icon when using Onedrive
