Hi,

We need to run Ansys 2025 R2 on a workstation that must remain completely offline. What’s the best licensing option for this situation?

A step-by-step guide or a link to the relevant documentation would be greatly appreciated.

you need a node-locked license and I think you have to contact your account manager or sales rep (either ansys direct or channel partner depending on the size of your company).   

1. Node-Locked Li­cense
   Per­mits the use of LS-DY­NA on a sin­gle ma­chine on­ly (or on a lim­it­ed num­ber of ma­chines). Please con­tact you sales rep­re­sen­ta­tive or chan­nel part­ner if you have ques­tions about the avail­abil­i­ty of node­locked li­cens­es.
