Empty ToolBox and Tools not transfering from toolbox customization

  Hello,
  
  I just started working with Ansys 2020 r1 workbench. When I open the software there are no tools in the toolbox when I click on the toolbox customization and choose the tools not all tools will add to the toolbox. I am attaching a screenshot. I'll appreciate your help.

  Can someone help, please? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software and nothing changed.

  I also checked for the status of the license. It says there are a few lines missing. I am adding the screenshot here.

  I have the same exact problem I tried uninstall and reinstall several times without luck.
  
  And already tried all the options that I found here.
