Composite failure tools keep throwing errors

Hi, guys. I was using ANSYS ACP to model a composite structure, and had conducted a static structural analysis later. During postprocessing in Mechanical, I had no problem with getting deformation, stress, strain results, However, whenever I was trying to use composite failure tools in Mechanical, the program threw an error which said something like "error when the postprocessor attempted to load a specific result" or something like that. Nevertheless, postprocessing to get failure results like inverse reverse factor, safety margin, safety factor(reverse factor) was perfectly functional in ACP Post. What could have caused this issue? And how can I solve this issue now that ANSYS has removed ACP post since 2025 R1 release.

      Hello,

Please try deleting the result items, reinserting them, and then evaluating the results. For ACP Post please refer to the text below from Ansys Help:

1.4. Composite Failure Criteria Migration from ACP (Post) to Mechanical

Composite Failure Criteria defined in ACP (Post) can now be easily transferred to Mechanical using the new Migration Helper tool. This eases the phasing out of ACP (Post) ahead of its retirement in the 2025 R1 release. For more information on the Migration Helper tool, see ACP (Post) to Mechanical Migration in the ACP User's Guide.
