Ansys workbench mechanical analyser become grey

  Hello Ansys experts and enthusiastic, I have an issue with Ansys workbench. I have recently encountered a problem with Ansys workbench (Static structural mechanics). I have completed a static structural analysis previously. But now I tried to open the mechanical analyser from the setup option, I have a grey window appear. I have reinstalled the Ansys, but the problem doesn't go away. Anyone have any suggestions to resolve this issue please. Please see the attached image with this post

  Please do not uninstall and reinstall the program when you get issues like this.
  There is a hidden settiings folder that does not get removed when you uninstall.
  Cleaning this folder may help. Please try this procedure:
  Exit Ansys apps.
  Open a File Explorer
  In the address bar, enter %APPDATA%
  Open Roaming folder
  Open Ansys folder
  If using say 2025R1, look for v251
  Rename to v251.old
  If using any other version, say 2024R1, then v241, etc.
  
  Or from a command prompt for 25.1:
  move /Y "%APPDATA%\Ansys\v251" "%APPDATA%\Ansys\v251.old"
