Dear Ansys Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to request your assistance with an issue I have encountered while trying to install Ansys Student 2025 R1 x64.

I have downloaded the installation files directly from your official website. After successfully extracting the compressed files, I started the installation process by right-clicking the setup.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator."

However, after I do that, the setup window appears, but it seems to be frozen. I am unable to click on any options or proceed with the installation. I have attached a screenshot of what the screen looks like for your reference.

Could you please help me understand the cause of this issue and advise on how I can resolve it to continue with the software installation?

I am not able to reproduce the issue on our end, may I know from where you installed the application?
