How can I apply a trapezoidal load to a beam using ansys FEM

  I want to find the elastic curve for this beam using Ansys and dividing it into 6 elements according to the finite element method. but I dont Know how apply this load
  
  Can someone give me an idea or a link or a video that can help me.
