AEDT Icepack Thermal Simulation

      Hi All,

      I am geting below warning/Error after completing the mesh in AEDT,

      Little Background what I am trying to do, I want to simulate the thermal for my PCB's along with enclousers I have 3 adjecent modules with different heat dissipation.

      after completing the meshing i am getting the "Object dose not have Mesh" but when I click on the module and view the mesh is present. and once I run the analysis it is also not giving proper result I am getting 1370 deg which is not practical. and it should get around 140 deg now I want to understand what I am doing wrong is my setting are correct?. your help will be greatly appricaed.

      Hi ,

      Thanks for reaching out. Regarding the mesh, it may seem like a geometry intersection/ duplication in the same location. Also review your priorities. For the high temperature, if its natural convection , make sure the air region has openings. However, its difficult to tell without reviewing your model. I would recommend filing a support ticket, so that we can review your model. Thanks!
