Licensing and Launching Issue

  Please, can anyone help me with how to resolve this problem?
  
  I have just installed the ANSYS ACADEMIC (Student) 2019 R3
  
  I tried to launch one of the programs: Fluent, but was giving the following error message:
  
  "2020/05/02 13:02:21 INFO Demo license file C:PROGRA~1ANSYSI~1ANSYSS~1Shared FilesLicensingstudent.lic exists.
  
  ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR:Failover feature 'ANSYS Academic Teaching Introductory' specified in license preferences is not available.
  
  Request name aa_t_i does not exist in the licensing pool.
  
  System clock has been set back.
  
  Feature: aa_t_i
  
  License path: C:PROGRA~1ANSYSI~1ANSYSS~1Shared FilesLicensingstudent.lic;
  
  FlexNet Licensing error:-88,309

  The key error here is "System clock has been set back"
