Ansys Discovery

  Hi, I have the student version, i am looking for discovery which is already in the package but i can find in work bech anywhere else. Do, i need to change any settings to activate or what i have to do???

  I assume you are asking about Ansys Student 2025R1 because older versions have Discovery in the Windows Start menu while Discovery 2025R1 is missing from the Start menu, at least for my installation.
  First follow these directions: https://www.reddit.com/r/ANSYS/s/lH2GXx4Zkp
  Then manually create a Shortcut on the desktop. Right click on your desktop and select New, Shortcut. Browse to this file:
  ”C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc\ANSYS Student\v251\Discovery\Discovery.exe”
  Then give the shortcut a name such as Discovery 2025R1 and Finish.
