How to do nonlinear simulation in Ansys using spice model of active component?

      Hello
I am trying to simulate a circuit that has been designed using transistor. I have the spice model of the transistor and trying to do the nonlinear simulation. Can anyone please suggest which option I need to select in Ansys for nonlinear simulation?
or what is the procedure for non linear simulation with spice model?
The goal is I have the linear S parameter of a fixed bias condition and using the non linear model I would like to try the same bias condition and match the data. Later I want to try at arbitary bias condition based on transistor threshold KPIs. Thanks in advance.

      Hello Swadesh,

What you are asking for seems like some kind of Amplifier or Oscillator. For such cases using Harmonic Balance solver would be preferred.

      Hello rtk,

Thank you for your reply. This is not amplifier or oscillator. Actually I want to use a transistor with metamaterial and measure performance at various bias condition. So for that case, should I go with HB simulation?

      Thanks
