SubscriberHi,Â
I'm modeling the growth of an edge crack in a 3D specimen using SMART crack growth. I apply a displacement to top surface of the specimen and want to find the force reaction and stress on the surface. While all of my other results evaluate (SIF, Von Mises stress, total deformation, etc.) the stress probe and force reaction probes won't solve and I get the following error:
"The result cannot be evaluated because it has an invalid scoping on a body with a changing mesh"
I understand that with SMART the mesh is changing/adapting with time. Does this mean that I cannot get stress/force reaction probe results, or is there a way around this?
I would really appreciate any help, I've been working on this for a while and have not been able to find answer. Thank you for your time!!!
