I have a lattice gear with 2 part inner and outer part. The gear has 15,000 lattice with 2 mm lattice size and the strut thickness is 0.4 mm. I set the element size 0.1 mm and the method Tetrahedrons Patch Independent. It takes 5 hour to reach 39% meshing of the inner part and 39% of the outer part. However it's been stuck like this for 10 hours. Please give me an advice on how to fix this? Please tell me how to properly meshing a body with large amount of small lattices. Thank you.
