Due to company policies, Ansys employees cannot download any attachments. It looks like the rigid body modes of the model aren't constrained sufficiently (i.e. the body can move or rotate as a rigid body without developing any stress or strain). Could you attach an image/ figure showing the various boundary conditions you have applied and what the objective of the analysis is?
