Hi Ansys Team,

 

This is Hillman Lin from Texas Instrument. Thank you for the call today to help us find some support on HFSS Ansys tool.

I want to briefly talk about the issue I am facing on Ansys tool and you can add the right member in this email chain for support.

 

Currently, we are facing an issue a Pre-Setup Validation Error with the following comments on HFSS simulation:

• Maximum initial mesh edge length is set to zero
• Circuit element contract radius is set to zero

 

However, for the Slwave Solution Setup we are setting both Maximum initial mesh edge length and circuit element contract radius to non-zero value. If possible, could we have some guidance on what might be missing for our PCB HFSS simulation.
