While creating an array of unit cells, I have encountered an error "parasolid entity check failed for part: substrate". Also, I have used Modeler/model preparation/heal to fix check errors, but still nothing happened. Please help me in fix these errors.

Hi, we need some more information to answer your question, which tool are you using? are those geometry imported or created from Ansys Electronics Desktop?
