Fluent CFD Car Meshing Error

Dear Ansys and fellow forum users,

This is my first time trying to do external flow CFD using Ansys.

Firstly, I tried to generate mesh under Watertight Geometry, however after following this Ansys Learning Series , this error message came up:
(I assumed that since my Full Car Mode is 'dirty', Fluent was having trouble meshing with my intersecting parts)

Error: Given zone name is already in use. Error Object: #f Error: state/object/execute-command:Exception encountered in S_ExecuteTask: Given zone name is already in use. Error Object: ()ansys fluent

I also tried the Fault-tolerant Meshing,

and it also was unable to generate mesh and displayed similar error message:

Error: An error occured during task update

An error occured during task update
      Error Object: #f

Error: state/object/execute-command:Exception encountered in S_ExecuteTask: An error occured during task update

An error occured during task update
      Error Object: ()

I entered the similar values into as I did for my watertight mesh attempt.

Here's my CAD model after Preparation in Discovery. I had multiple intersection parts, I managed to get most of it issues cleared under the Repair Tab, with 0 error messages with the Check Geometry Tool.
I used skrink-wrap tool for the front nose since it has alot of complex curves, and my wheels (since I have intersecting geometry between my tyre and the inside tyre to rim gap which I filled with an revolved part)

I tried to simplify as much as possible. I replaced components with solid parts.

I do have a gap in the body panel as I made the panels separately. I was unable to join them together in the Repair Tab.

      Possible solutions?:
      - I will try shrink-wrap/join the body panels together.
      - Or I can try completely solidifying the body to something like this, and see if it helps.

      Many Thanks,

      Kelvin
