      Hi

      How does Fluent calculate the wall shear stress in a pipe flow? In mu*du/dy, does it take dy as the immediate next mesh layer or does it take the entire pipe daimeter to calculate the wall shear stress?

      Hi,

      wall shear stress is calculated using the near-wall velocity gradient
