SubscriberCurrently, both the fluid domain and the structural domain use SWEEP to generate meshes. The hydraulic diameter is 0.05m, the flow rate is 1m/s, and the model uses 2.5D. However, the negative volume problem did not occur when using the 3D model before. The information I consulted said that the mesh should be reduced. Currently, the mesh is 2mm/1mm. The time step has been reduced to 1e-05. The structural Young's modulus is 1E+07, the density is 800, and the Poisson's ratio is 0.35. There are still structural problems. Is there any other way to solve this problem when the above errors occur? Thank you

Ansys EmployeeI would suggest that you refer to the tutorial to know more about the settings of two-way FSI Reed Valve FSI Co-Simulation with Partial Setup Export from Workbench (Fluent-Mechanical).Â
