Simple Simulation destroying Mesh

  Hello all,
  I wanted to test a simple simulation in which two rectangular objects move toward each other and bend. However, you can see how they destroy each other's mesh and penetrate each other in an unphysical way. I used automatic_surface_to_surface (FS=0.2; FD=0.1) and the standard Mat1_Elastic. For the movement i used prescribed_motion. I am new to LS-Dyna and dont understand what I am doing wrong here. Thanks for help!

  Please try using soft=2 contact with sbopt=3 and depth=5/35 in the contact card. Please also check these guidelines: https://ftp.lstc.com/anonymous/outgoing/support/FAQ/instability.tips

  Thats what I got now. It still looks weird and not bending to each other
