I have been trying to set up some Rocky simulations including Liquid Bridge modeling from the additional modules. For some reason the simulation does not run, and the error message is quite limited (please see screenshot attached). I am not sure what the problem is, I am running Rocky 25.1.1, and I have installed various add on modules, and tested other modules which worked fine, only the liquid bridging shows an error. I tried implementing the latter in my own case, and also in Tutorial 18 provided for Rocky where this error also occurs. I have tried reinstalling the modules, and running the cases on a remote computer at my university, and the issue persists. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Oroma,

This is a known issue with the Liquid Bridge module in Rocky 25.1.1 on Windows. The same simulation works fine under Linux and in earlier versions like 24.2. It’s a Windows-specific bug. If possible, try running the case in Rocky 24.2 or on a Linux environment, where the issue does not occur.

We are aware of this bug and are working to resolve it.
