Hello,Everyone
I'm ansys beginner.
Ansys Version: 17.2
Model size:10.650 mm* 7.728 mm
Have a small geometry in model,it's thickness 0.05 um.
I try to slice my model,
and adjust mesh setting,
it can't mesh. Most of the time, the ansys window screen freezes.
What's correct mesh setting for my model?
Please help me,thanks!

I would suggest you to mesh the bodies sequentially one after another (by right-clicking on body> Generate mesh on selected body). This would be a manual process but you will be able to isolate the problematic body.
Ansys staff can not download attachments on the student portal, so I can not download your model and debug at my end.
Also it seems that you are using all default settings so that should not be a problem.

Please go to the solver output file and search for the error. Search the forum for that same error, if you do not find any useful posts, kindly start a new discussion under structural mechanics.
This is a niche application within Mechanical so please be patient someone will be reply to there.
Thanks for your understaning.
