Running multiple ANSYS mechanical analysis automatically

I am running a simple analysis where one part of the structure is fixed and another part of the structure is displaced as shown in the image1.

I am interested in knowing reactionary moment and force at the fixed boundary and I have multiple design look very similar to this (varying thickness on some portion of the structure)

As of now, I have been running this design one by one, but I was wondering if there is a way to automate this process. For example, if I have all my geometry files in one folder, can Ansys run all the geometry file and give me moment and force value for each of the design?

Also, is there a good way to create multiple geometry with varying thickness without drawing the sketch in design modeler? Right now, I have all my geometry created in solid works and importing the geometry to design modeler no longer shows dimensions of each lines (See image2). If I were to use parameter tool in design modeler, do I need to design from sketch in design modeler?

It looks like you are on a full license, and not an Academic Student license. That means you could have the optional paid license for a Direct CAD Interface to SolidWorks.  I have that at work. That means the solid model and design parameters in SolidWorks are passed directly into the Geometry cell of Static Structural and the parameters show up in the Parameter Set. In the Parameter Set, each row can have input columns for the SolidWorks parameters you want as inputs, and columns for outputs of moment and force. Then you click Update All Design Points and Workbench will request new geometry from SolidWorks, solve the problem and put the output in the table, and automatically go through all the rows in the table.

If you don't have that license, and want to use Parameter Set functionality, then you need to create those Parameters in DesignModeler (or SpaceClaim) and create the geometry from scratch.  Here is a tutorial on that.

Thank you for the prompt reply! Where and how can I find the optional paid license for a Direct CAD interface to Solidworks?

I have Solidworks workbench associative interface checked in CAD configuration manager but I still get the same result (no design parameter shown in design modeler). Does it mean I don't have a license?
