SubscriberI'm trying to model a body inside a box. In the Design Modeller, I have set the box as Fluid and body as Solid.
Â
In meshing, I named all the components as followed.
Â
But when I go to Fluent, only part of the mesh shows up.
I tried going to Match Zone Names, but a lot of the components of my model are missing

Ansys Employeeyou need to have volume mesh in fluent for fluid zone.Â
for that first you need to create fluid volume in design modeler. from image it looks like you have only surfaces and not solid body.Â

you may want to use boolean operations.Â

Forum ModeratorYou need a solid (fluid) in the space between the baby and casing. If the casing won't fill you need to fix that then subtract the baby.Â

Ansys Employeeplease check if you have any missing faces. you need to have a closed volume and hen use sew command to create solid body out of it.Â
please check help document for sew command.
