      Hello, I have completed the learning path for the Ansys Professional Linear Stress Analysis in Ansys Mechanical and would like to sit for the certification exam. (https://innovationspace.ansys.com/product/linear-stress-analysis-in-ansys-mechanical/) 

      When I try to add it to my backpack and checkout using the "Add to Backpack" button I get a spinning refresh symbol and nothing happens. 

      I have tried multiple computers, browsers, closing my VPN, and various other certifications, but nothing seems to work. I am logged in under my student account.  

      Thank you for your help.
