deformation is large compared to model bounding box error

  Click on Analysis Settings, in the Details window, change Large Deflection from Off to On and Solve again.
  
  In your reply, show the Total Deformation result at a 1.0 (True Scale) display setting.
  
  You might find you have put the Young's Modulus value or the force or displacement in with the wrong units.
