Fluent Convergence condition does not stop the iteration

  If convergence condtion is set as "All the conditions are met", then even after console shows "report defition is converged" for all the criterias active, iteration does not stop.
  
  If condition is set as "Any condition is Met", then it works properly and stops iteration. How to solve this problem?
