Sphere meshing in ansys fluent

  Hi, im currently new to ansys and would like to know what is the best meshing method or strategy for sphere. i have attached the geometry

  i need to observe the flame propagation happening inside the sphere. so now i need to know which meshing method is suitable for this.

  As from image, the geometry looks simple. You may be able to generate hex mesh for that.
  
  Also for flame propagation you may need fine mesh.
  
  If you can not generate hex mesh, please go ahead with tet meshing.
