Material Parameter about Shape Memory Alloy especially Nitinol

I have purchased Nitinol material and I will do some experiments, simulations and compare those results. For this reason, I need to know how to get the value of Hardening parameter (H), Elastic limit (R) and Temperature scaling parameter (beta) based on Ansys Workbench SME model in Engineering data section.

I have found the above image from presentation on SME by Mr. Sheldon Imaoka (Ansys Technical Support Group). Here has been described how to obtain Hardening parameter (H), Elastic limit (R) and Temperature scaling parameter (beta). But I want to know how I can get this type of graph from a nitinol wire. Which experiment I have to do to get this type of graph for a nitinol wire? From this graph, it seems like it's a loading-unloading test in superelastic state (constant temperature above austenite finish temperature (Af)? Am I right?

Or I have to perform loading-unloading test at martensite finish temperature (Mf) for permanent deformation and then heat above Af to recover its original shape to get this below type graph.

      Or any other experiment?

Which experiment I have to perform to obtain Hardening parameter (H), Elastic limit (R) and Temperature scaling parameter (beta) of a particular nitinol wire?
