      Hello,

      Some thoughts on the issue are having:
      What is the size of the download file?

      Did you extract the zip file before running setup.exe?
      Did you right-click and choose run as administrator?
      Is the OS language set to english?
      Is there a virus scanning software that may be interferring with installation?
