SubscriberI would like to use AnsysGPT, but it is not available when I sign in to the Ansys Customer Support Space.
It says I can request it in Ansys Account Manager, but I can't find where to do that.
If anyone knows where I can find it, please let me know. -

SubscriberMy lab has purchased a perpetual license for 2023R2 (mechanical and fluent/cfx). Can we use it under this contract?

Forum ModeratorResearch or Commercial licence? A perpetual licence with TECs gets software updates; a Commercial licence also gets direct support from Ansys or CP, Research generally does not.Â

SubscriberThank you for your response.
I understand now that certain features may not be available in the research version.
Our team holds a perpetual license for Research Mechanical and CFD.
If AnsysGPT is not accessible, then I will make the best use of this forum for my inquiries.
I sincerely appreciate your support.
Best regards,

Forum ModeratorThe Forum is available for all. I can only repeat my earlier comment re Ansys GPT; at this moment AnsysGPT is available only to commercial customers. If you have a Research licence, that is not Commercial.Â
