Initial temperature in wall boundary condition

A simple question - I would like to enable convectice and radiative loss but where can I set the initial boundary condition.

I thought of enabling shell conduction as follows and patching an initial temperature as part of initialization but i don't see an option to patch the shell. Is there a better way.

It's set on the cell level. Fluent doesn't know the wall temperature until the flux is calculated based on cell temperature & heat flux.
