  I want to read ANSYS document help, but I had ANSYS student version.
  
  So my Account Number (Customer Number) to sign up is not valid.
  
  So, please anyone can share it to me ?
  
  i mean ANSYS document help or anything can help me to reach to it.

  Clicking on "Help" in the solver should work. If not, there's a Sticky somewhere with details on how to get to the documentation.
